East Long Service Award

Launch of the new East Long Service Award - Recognising our volunteers!

Netball East values all of its volunteers from Club, League, County and Region and is introducing the annual Netball East Long Service Award from 2023 to recognise those volunteers within the Region who have given dedicated voluntary service for 20 years or more.

This dedicated service will span 20 years or more involving any or all of the categories of Administration and/or Coaching and/or Officiating and could cross over to include different counties all within the East Region at Club and/or League and/or County and /or Region levels or a combination of all four. (This does not include Playing)

Nominations for this award is not a secret so self-nomination will be accepted but would need to be countersigned by the County Chair who can, if necessary, consult with the relevant Club, League, County, Region. so please don’t put this communication into a bin have a look. Do you or anyone you know in your Club, League, County or Region qualify for this Netball East Long Service Award?

Successful applicants will be added to the published Netball East Long Service Award holders, and they will also receive a pin badge, to be presented at a locally organised event later in the year, wherever possible.
